Installed T connector but left side is not getting any electricity, right side does. Any suggestions. Thanks everyone

It's because the conductors on the T are not lining up with the conductors in the track. The track has 3 conductors - 2 on one side and 1 on the other. If you look at the T you can see that on each arm, there are two metal "tabs" on one side and one on the other. You have to make sure that the the tabs on each T arm, match properly with the track so that the 2 conductors on the T arm are on the same side as the 2 conductors on the track. In some cases, you may have to take the T apart and reconfigure it. It's not hard and you don't have to disconnect any wires. Just take the plate off and push the T arms into a different orientation and reattach the plate.
