These totes do not claim to be food grade safe and have not been tested on animals.

It would be strong enough, but dont know if the plastic is fish friendly. I would use a linear.

The container will hold water. The container is made of polypropylene. You will need to ask someone familiar with the koi if the plastic tub is acceptable to store the fish in.

This product would not be recommended for fish storage. The plastic would not be sufficient for a month of storage. This tote is built for the storage of equipment or sporting goods.
