I can't figure out how to get this out of the wall. I took the screw out but do not know how it comes undone. I want to make it a regular plug again


It was hard for me to get it out but after turning off the breaker, I used a flat-bladed screwdriver and a scraper on each side to wiggle it out.

Loosen the screw and pull straight out of the outlet with a firm, even pull. It may be tight.
