Is this completely sealed on the bottom, or could water leak out?


No water can get it in I have one in the back of my truck and it pours down and I wash my truck and it has never leaked or got wet inside!!

The axel does not go through the bottom of the tote. It has its own sealed housing. I'm using it as an indoor goldfish pond and haven't had any leaks. Just make sure you keep the water level below the side latch holes or it will drip out of there.

Water can also leak in, ruining your expensive tools. won't float either.

There is an axel for the wheels so water would leak out through the access holes for the rod.
