Will this still work effectively if I attach an 8 ft hose to the vacuum, or even extend the original 4 ft hose with the extra 8 ft?


I have an old Genie 1.1 hp shop vac. I attached 48 ft of 1.25" hose (two 24ft pieces from Harbor Freight). Plenty of vacuum.
