For those that mention they are easy to clean- how do you clean these- not included in box directions- ?

You can wash the sponge using warm water. If you sill have hard to remove oils on its surface use a small amount of dish soap. Try to avoid squeezing the sponge. Rub and rinse the surface will remove the surface oils and prepare it for future use.
