What is the recommended spacing between lights for a room with 8ft high ceilings. The room is 20' x 19'

There is no spacing recommended by the manufacturer. Spacing the lights is something your lighting designer should determine based upon these fixtures providing roughly 750 to 800 lumens and providing light roughly equivalent to that of a 60 watt incandescent lamp and upon your desired lighting level.
