Glass shade has a chip in it how do I get a replacement shade?

You could ask in store. They are so cheap to buy I would buy a new light.

If you just bought these fixtures, return the one with the chipped shade to the Lowes store where you purchased it. If these fixtures are not brand new, take the item number to your local Lowes store and see the manager of the electrical department about ordering a new shade.
