put down 6 Mil plastic and then the foam. It has a self sealing edge on it, so you don't need any extra tape on the foam. You will need to tape the plastic at the seams, though.
Was this Answer Helpful ?Yes, that is what it is for. Tape the seams with aluminum mylar tape so no moisture penetrates. You have to keep the flooring from getting humid or it will swell.
Was this Answer Helpful ?It's recommended to first install 6 ml plastic sheathing over the concrete and seal the joints with tape,clear packing tape will work,and then the underlayment. That's the way I would do it.Better safe than sorry.
