For a basement if install plastic sheeting under the foam and seal the seams, does moisture condense between the concrete and plastic? mold?


Thanks for your question. Under normal conditions any moisture will come and go and should not effect the installation. If you have concerns about higher than normal/extreme moisture conditions a moisture reading of your slab should be done and the flooring manufacturer's installation instructions should be followed.
