how can i remove the bottom ring preventing me from reaching the fan wire connector? the instructions doesnt say anything about this.


Hello - The Decorative cover can be removed by twisting it counterclockwise and then pulling down. This information is also listed in the installation and instructions sheet under "Remove Fan Parts". Thank You.
