Can this be wired in so that I can use a switch for the light and a switch for the fan? I'm planning on buying the light component: (8808CB-P).


Hello Sejkora, The Springer 52-in. Indoor Ceiling Fan is only compatible with the Springer Light Kit as associated with model #: P260000-31M-WB. This fan is supplied with a 6-speed remote control with batteries is included so you can adjust full-range dimming and fan speed. The remote allows the fan to retain all settings as turning the fan off/on with a switch can cause the fan to recalibrate each time it is turned on/off.
