Yes, of course. Fixtures are mostly dumb unless otherwise specified. They literally just hold the bulb and route the power to the bases. The power you have going to it and the type of switch you have will determine bulb types allowed. Any modern dimmer will accommodate dimmable led lights. Or if you don't want a dimmer you can just use a standard switch with non-dimmable led lights. Just get them with the correct screw in base size.
