1ea glass shade has a defect (past return timeframe). Want to buy a replacement glass but they're not on Progress Lighting web page.

I tried doing this thru my local Lowe's (Troy). They didn't have a clue. I then tried ordering thru Lowe's Sales 1-877 number-they couldn't find it.
