If the valve "relieves" pressure does it have to be replaced or is there an element that could be replaced inside?

HI, Jimbo- Thank you for your recent inquiry with Lowe's. This relief valve is not a 1 use valve, it can open up and relieve pressure many times and should give you years of trouble free service. If you are having trouble with the pressure in your system causing the relief valve to open, you may want to look into your pressure switch settings or well tank settings as there could be a potential problem elsewhere as these valves are pre-set from the factory. To answer your question, we do have replacement springs and seals available but the chances of you ever needing to replace those parts are slim to none.
