Do you need foam padding under this product

Hello Dave and thanks for your question. The Style Selections Dove Tail Oak Luxury Vinyl Plank already has an attached underlayment, so no additional underlayment is needed. However, if the flooring is being installed over a concrete subfloor, then a 6mil polyethylene plastic is required to be installed over the concrete as a vapor barrier.
