Can this be installed on top of laminate floors ?

If your existing laminate flooring is installed on concrete, we would highly recommend removing the old flooring prior to installing your new ProCore Luxury Vinyl Plank. The concrete does retain moisture, and may cause the laminate to buckle over time when installing a vinyl floor over the top. If the laminate is currently installed on a raised wood foundation or on a second story with a plywood subfloor, then it should not be an issue.
