I have a client that wants to use this product in a tub/shower area. Can this be used there and if so what adhesive do I use?


This is copied from the Lowes webpage for this product: 100% waterproof flooring means having no worries about spills and splashes, even in water-prone areas like the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, or mudroom. Can someone make up their mind?!?

To the manufacturer: The product is labeled waterproof, am I being dense or should that not mean it is suitable for installation in a wet area?

ProCore vinyl products are not suitable for installation in wet areas such as showers, tub surrounds, saunas, etc where mold, mildew and/or fungi will build up.
