I am doing my whole house but it will be in stages. is there any chance this flooring will not be available in the near future


Hello jeff and thanks for your inquiry. Fortunately enough, the Style Selections Dove Tail Oak is one of our best sellers, and will not be going away anytime soon. Just an FYI... If you are installing the floor yourself, there are some great installation videos available on the product page of Lowe's website and can also find warranty and installation guides there as well.
