Can I install floor before kitchen cabinet install or should I install after cabinets are installed


Hello William and thanks for your inquiry. The flooring should always be installed after the cabinets so they don't get bound or pinched by the weight of the cabinets. You would leave a 5/16" expansion gap and then finish the floors with a quarter round against the toe-kick of the cabinets. We definitely recommend following the Installation Instructions and can be found in each carton, on the product page of the Lowe's website, or on the installation tab at: www.procorefloors.com.
