We have a screed in porch with cement floor can this product be used on porch floor. If so what type of underlay should be used. Occasionally sweating

Although the ProCore Plus Luxury Vinyl Plank is 100% waterproof, the flooring should never be installed in environments that are not properly temperature controlled with an HVAC system with temperatures between 50-100 degrees Fahrenheit, as it will void the manufacturer's product warranty.
