My flooring got a scratch - is there a repair kit that can be used to easily touch up that area?

Hello Andrea and thanks for your question. Unfortunately, Lowe's does not offer any type of repair kit that is made specifically for vinyl floors. However, there are a couple ways to remedy this issue. If the scratch is more of a scuff, denatured alcohol can be applied to a cotton ball, or cotton cloth and applied to the area to remove scuffing from the surface. If it is more of a deeper scratch that cannot be removed, we would suggest replacing the damaged plank altogether. This can either be done yourself (if handy), or suggest calling a flooring professional for help. First, you would need to locate and remove the wall base on the wall that is closest to the damaged plank, then unhook the rows of plank back to the specific damaged plank in the row. Replace the old damaged plank with a new one, then install the vinyl plank rows back toward the wall, and reinstall the baseboard.
