Can this floor be installed on a new construction home? Will it snap off due to foundation movement?

However, it is important to first install a 6 mil polyethelyne plastic vapor barrier over the concrete before installing your new vinyl flooring. The newly poured slab should also be cured (dry) for at least 28 days before installing any type of floor covering in order to let all the moisture release.
