Is this floor Water Resistant or Waterproof? The product title says Water resistant but the product overview says Waterproof.

The Style Selections Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring is 100% waterproof from the top down, which means you should have no worries about spills and splashes from a tub or sink in wet areas. If installing on a concrete slab, we require installing a 6 mil polyethelyne vapor barrier over the concrete before installing the vinyl plank flooring. This will inhibit mold or mildew growth from occurring under your floor and having odors to build up in the room.
