We have had water in our basement 3 times in 26 years. Can we install this product if we get water again? It says it is waterproof>

Hello - thank you for your inquiry. The ProCore Plus flooring is a waterproof product. And can be installed in the basement. One requirement would be to install a 6mil black poly vapor barrier on top of the concrete prior to the flooring. Even though the flooring product is waterproof, and depending how much water would ever get into or on top of the flooring in the future, you may have to pull the flooring up to take care of the water issue. If water were to ever become trapped under the flooring, that would potentially create a situation in which black mold / mildew could set up. This flooring can easily be taken up, dried off, mold / issue taken care of, and the flooring could be re-installed. Hope this helps answer your questions. Thank You -
