Why is my hot water tap only dispensing lukewarm water?


Thank you for contacting us Luis. We apologize for the issues you have experienced. If you have not tried it, turn off switches on the back and unplug your machine. While the machine is turned off, dispense about 4 cups of water from the hot dispenser(UNLESS YOU HAVE MODEL 601242 or 601264). Then, plug the machine back up , and turn on only the red switch. Allow one 15 minutes for the unit to heat the water before checking the temperature. Please contact us at social@primowater.com if this troubleshooting does not fix the issue.
