Why can I not find this model on Primo's website? The only one I can find is 601332-C which is a top loading model. What is different about this model

The model you may be referring to is 601132-C, a top loading model. The dispenser you are currently looking at is one of our Bottom Load models, and some retailers may still have stock available for purchase.
