Why is it making a noise when I dispense water?


It's just the pump working ... pumping water up to the unit.

After dispensing water for a few seconds, the unit's pump will activate in order to refill the reservoirs. If the unit seems too noisy during this, make sure that the unit is completely level. If it is and the noise persists, please contact our customer service department at (866) 429 7566 (M- F 9am - 6pm).
