How do you initiate the 1 year color warranty. I've had it less than a month and it's fading already. I bought 200 bags. Not happy about this

Mulch fading can be due to numerous reasons but the main factor is the elements. We strive to ensure we produce quality product that will withstand the outdoors for a full year but we also understand that each geographic location exposes the products to a wide variety of elements. The mulch can fade faster when directly exposed to too much sun or if left in areas of higher levels of precipitation or lack of drainage.
