Does this go directly on top of the dirt after pulling up weeds? And will it work if all the weed roots aren’t dug up?


Hello GrannyC, yes you will want to pull up as many roots as possible for the best results but the mulch will serve as a pre-emergent for new growth of weeds. Lay it over your soil in your garden area and then water. We hope this helps.
