I have a 2500 dodge diese truck with two batteries. Is this enough to power this inverter for 12 to 15 hours a day or do I need to upgrade on anythin

It would depend on how much power you would be consuming. At 100 Watts no. At 1000 Watts you might want more batteries or a larger alternator to last 12 hours.
