Where does the lite go? I have clips in my old ones where the lite goes. How do these work?

These don't work. You are supposed to cut the clips off and align them in the holes, but I couldn't get them to work.

No tools required to attach the Fixture wire to the connector. The top of the connector comes off to expose the area that holds the fixture wire. Instructions are included with the connectors upon purchase.
