When getting the canopy flesh to the ceiling no cord pressure from above then screw the canopy up and it falls back down. Dose something need removed?


I pull down on the cord with a little pressure.don't over do it but this will pull any slack from the cord. Push the canopy up with some force and tighten. By pulling and pushing the canopy should be held in place pretty well.

Either the adjustment at the top is not tight enough or the can light is to shallow for this fixture.
