I had the same issue, each light that doesn't work, unscrew the vampire tap used to connect it to the power line. Check to see that both taps pierce the cable AND touch the copper core. I had to re-seat half of my light due to this issue. Best of Luck
Was this Answer Helpful ?Hello and Thank you for your question. You can always call our customer service department for trouble shooting tips. Call our customer service department at 1-866-473-4537, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., EST, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., EST, Saturday. 1) The first and easiest thing you want to do is check to see if the 4watt wedge base bulbs are burnt out. Pull them from the socket and look at the filament to see if it is broken. You can always test non-working bulbs by inserting them into a fixture that is working. You can find replacement bulbs in our stores in the electrical department where the Low Voltage Landscape light products are merchandised. Look for Item Number 157139 for the correct replacement bulb. 2) If the bulbs are working properly, however the fixture is not sending power to the bulb socked then look at the fixture connector and make sure it is properly connected to the low voltage cable. You may need to disconnect and re-connect the fixture connector to the low voltage cable.
