Hello, if you know that the transformer is working properly and you have power going to the low voltage cable, then look at the following three things: 1) Bulb itself. Look to see that the bulb is in working condition. You can see if the filament in the bulb is broken. Look at the base of the bulb and make sure that the wires are bent in the proper position. 2) Look at the bulb socket without the bulb inserted and see if the copper contact points are positioned so that they make contact with the wires on the base of the bulb when it is inserted. 3) Check the fixture connector. Make sure that both copper pins inside the connector pierce the low voltage cable properly. (Unscrew the fixture connector from the low voltage cable. Make sure that you have a working bulb inserted into the fixture. Turn the power to the transformer to the On position. Then re-attach the fixture connector to the low voltage cable. Since the power is On, you will see the light of the fixture turn On, once you have the connection is made properly. If additional help is needed, call our customer service center at 1-800-643-0067.
