No power from power pack transformer

This is difficult to answer with certainty without knowing all of the specifics. One troubleshooting option would be to try powering the transformer from another outlet. Another thing to check is to ensure you have the settings correct on the transformer (i.e. that it's set on always on or that the timer or optic eye sensor is at a time or darkness that would make the transformer turn on). It sounds as if you've done some good troubleshooting but there are a few additional steps you can take as described above before determining that the transformer isn't functioning properly.
