Photocell problem?

Hello and Thank you for your question. First insure that power is going to the transformer at all times. You can test the photocell/photo eye to insure that it is working. First set the dial to Auto. During the day time you can simply cover the photo eye with black electrical tape. The lights should turn On after approx. 1-2 min... One possible cause is that the photo eye at night may be sensing another light source causing the lights not to come on at night. (Street Lights, Security Lights, Front Porch Lights)

Try putting tape on the photo eye , than setting it to auto , you should see it come on within a few minutes. This is to make sure the photo eye works on this transformer.
