One light refuses to turn itself off in the bright sunshine. Is there a reset button? Since it runs most of the day it is very dim at night.

Ensure your solar panel is clean and does not have debris covering the panel and causing the light to think it's nighttime. You can also check your battery to ensure it did not come loose.
