Hello, Please ensure that the below steps were taken, 1) remove plastic protective film from top housing 2) turn on/off switch to on 3) place in direct sunlight for a minimum of 3-5 days 4) please do not place lights under or near any trees or bushes 5) please do not place light near street lights or porch lights. 6) SOLAR BATTERY MAY NEED REPLACED Please let me know if this helps.
