Aside from the dusk to dawn sensor, is there a manual on-off switch on the lights?

Hello, You can check underneath the top housing (top cap with solar sensor) to see if there is an switch or pull tab. If not, all you will need to do is set the lights out under direct sunlight to receive charge. Thank you!
