It does not. Nor light bulbs. Lowes has a great selection of shades and bulbs. We chose clear shade with air bubble in them and clear bulbs. It really makes it look pretty and gives off great light. I am glad it did not so we could customize it. It looks very expensive compared to what we paid for the whole package.
