Non working remote - Brand New out of the box, the remote doesn't work. Is a replacement available? I have tried changing the battery with no luck.


Mine did the same thing. I unscrewed the string from the transformer a sort of reboot and did this twice and screwed it down tight. Then I reinserted the battery a couple of times. This fixed my problem, the remote works and all the functions.

I had the same problem, I was able to get mine to work by unscrewing the light string form the transformer ( a sort of reboot) and did this twice. They work great now. I also took the battery out a couple of times and reinserted it. Hope this helps you.
