Harbor Breeze 25-ft Plug-in Black Indoor/Outdoor String Light with 12 Color changing -Light LED Novelty Bulbs and with Remote
Purchased 2 sets 2 summers ago now they only come on red. I've tried both power supplies (which include the ir sensor) and both remotes-nothing works!

I have the same problem, but do not have the box. Bought at Lowes. They come on as red only and nothing else works.
Was this Answer Helpful ?If you can't change colors or they just stay red, you have a faulty bulb somewhere on the string. It may still light up so you have to check each bulb

If within this period the product is found to be defective, take a copy of the bill of sale as a proof of purchase and the product in its original carton to the place of purchase.
