Can you cold smoker with the smoker side? Looking to make sure that I can smoke cheese along with meats and other good food.


It is possible to cold smoke, you can turn on your unit to the smoke setting and open the middle vent to allow smoke on the gas side and keep the cheese on the gas side. Or you can get a smoker tube to put on the pellets side and keep the unit off.
