I'm looking for some shelter for my dog from the sun/heat and possible afternoon thunderstorms. Will this truly keep her cool?


Yes it will. My dog prefers her house than coming in the garage during the heat or when it gets cold.

My experience is if the igloo is in the direct sun, it will still get too hot for the dog. It's just "cooler" than a regular dog house, but still needs to be in the shade.
