My installers smeared silicone caulk in numerous places on my floors. How do I clean this up without damaging the floor?

Hello! To remove excess silicone caulk from your floor, apply denatured alcohol to a clean, soft cloth and apply to the floor. After the caulk has been removed, you will need to use a solution of 1 cup of vinegar per gallon of water OR 1⁄3 cup non-sudsing ammonia per gallon of water to clean the residue from the floor. Thank you for your Pergo inquiry. - Dennita
