i understand it is not recommended but can this flooring be used under kitchen cabinets , so that toe kick drawers will work?

Hello! We do recommend that you install your cabinets first and then install Pergo floors after. However, cabinets can be installed over a Pergo laminate floor under the following conditions: 1) Cabinet cannot be attached in any way to the floor. 2) The cabinet's weight is distributed on “legs." It should not sit flat or flush on the floor. 3) A 3/8" expansion gap for the floor must be maintained behind the cabinets. 4) Pergo requires the use of 100% silicone sealant be used in the expansion gap for moisture areas.
