Hello! Timbercraft+ Laminate can be cleaned by using a non-abrasive mop and a mixture of either 1 cup of vinegar per gallon of water OR 1/3 cup non-sudsing ammonia per gallon of water. A residential steam mop may be used, provided the steam is applied to a microfiber pad and not applied directly to the floor. Temperatures should be set for the laminate setting or lowest setting, and you should steam mop the length of the planks not side to side.
