I bought smartcore soft & sound underlayment from Lowe’s w/this floor. It’s being installed in 5 days. Just read underlayment isnt recommended. Help!


Hello! We do not recommend an underlayment with this floor. You will however need a 6 mil polyethylene vapor barrier in the crawl space if you have one. Using an underlayment could impact the warranty. Thank you for your Pergo inquiry. -Amy
