What underlayments can be used with this product? I need something because right now its too short to be level with our tile.


We have the same issue, we need to bring the flooring up to the same level as an adjoining room that has hardwood flooring. I’m thinking maybe laying luan plywood sheets on the floor before laying down the flooring. I asked the question if luan could be used under the flooring, hopefully I’ll get an answer.

Hello! We do not recommend using any additional underlayment as this has an attached pad. Using additional underlayment will cause deflection in the locking system causing it to break. Thank you for your Pergo inquiry. -Amy
